This course is designed to assist educators in instructional planning with the integration of evidence-based instructional strategies and effective use of technology to increase student achievement. This course provides a framework for teachers to work through to develop technology integrated, personalized learning opportunities that meets the needs of all students. The framework provides the skills by which high-quality instruction and curriculum will be developed and implemented in the classroom. **This is Part 2 of a three part series.
